摘要
通过对我国大陆地区31个省市自治区应急管理微信公众号的现状进行调研,分析影响其运营效果的因素,为完善应急管理微信公众号的建设提供参考。利用清博大数据平台和人工关注方式调研了31个省市自治区的应急管理微信公众号,从公众号的设计、功能介绍信息的编写、导航栏目的设置、信息的阅读量、传播力指数WCI和粉丝活跃数6个维度进行了详细分析,并从平台的推广途径、系统的质量和信息服务质量等方面给出了相应的建议。分析结果表明,微信公众号头像和名称的设计能增加平台权威性的辨识度,账号设计是部门权威性和信息真实性的重要影响因素;栏目设置受平台运营技术和平台自身定位的影响,是用户获取信息和提升互动的重要影响因素;应急事件信息、应急部门的政策和宣传都正向影响信息的阅读量;WCI指数正向影响粉丝数。此外,在抓好应急系统和信息服务质量的同时,应加强应急微信平台与图书馆的协同合作关系。
Through investigating the current situation of WeChat public accounts in emergency management of 31 provinces and autonomous regions in Chinese mainland,this paper analyzes the factors that affect their operation effect,and provides reference for improving the construction of WeChat public accounts for emergency management.Using the Boda data platform and the method of artificial concern,we investigated the emergency management WeChat public accounts in 31 provinces and autonomous regions,and analyzed in detail from the following aspects:the design of public platforms,the introduction of related functions,the setting of navigation columns,the information views,the WeChat communication index(WCI)and the number of online followers.And from the promotion methods,system quality and information of the platform,the corresponding suggestions on service quality are given.The analysis results show that the design of the profile pictures and names of WeChat public accounts can increase the identification of platform authority.Account design is an important factor affecting the authority and authenticity of the department.The column setting is influenced by the platform operation technology and the positioning of the emergency information,which is an important factor for users to obtain information and enhance interaction.The policy and publicity of emergency department have a positive impact on the views.WCI has a positive impact on the number of followers.In addition,the collaborative relationship between the emergency WeChat platform and the library should be strengthened while the emergency system and the quality of information service should be well handled.
