摘要
文章对中国图书馆学的国际话语权的内涵和构成要素进行全面研究,以期充实全球一体化发展背景下我国学术话语体系研究,为中国学术话语的理论、方法和应用研究提供一定的参考。通过深度剖析我国图书馆学的新时代特征,系统梳理我国图书馆学国际话语权的话语主体、话语内容、话语平台和话语效果,研究发现中国图书馆学国际话语权的话语主体包括科研机构、业务机构、期刊媒体、学者、各层级的学会及工作委员会;内容要素包括学术建树与实践成就、历史传承与创新拓展;话语平台包括学术媒体、社会媒体;受众感知包括输出力、影响力、竞争力和引领力。
This paper researches on the connotation and constituent elements of the international discourse power of library science,so as to enrich the academic discourse system in the context of global integration,provide references for the theories,methods and applied research of Chinese academic discourse.Through analyzing the characteristics of the new era of Chinese library science,and systematically sorting out the discourse subject,discourse content,voice channels and audience perception of the international discourse power of Chinese library science,the study found that the connotation of the international discourse power of Chinese library science should be guided by the socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics,establish a global consciousness,and be implemented at the application level;discourse subjects include scientific research institutions,business institutions,journal media,scholars,societies and working committees;content elements include academic achievements and practical achievements,historical inheritance and innovation;voice channels include academic media and social media;audience perception includes output,influence,competitiveness and leadership.
