摘要
在电力信息化背景下,ITSM(IT服务管理)技术得到了推广使用。它能够结合供电局的工作开展需要,对现有的IT系统进行优化设计、研发创新和运维管理,除了可以进一步拓展电力信息化系统的实用功能外,在为电力用户提供更好服务方面,也有积极作用。本文首先介绍了ITSM的基本原理和应用优势,随后基于ITSM的电力信息化系统的结构组成和具体功能展开了简要分析,最后结合个人工作经验,对ITSM在电力信息化领域的优化应用提出了几点建议。
Under the background of power informatization,ITSM(IT service management)technology has been popularized and used.IT can be combined with the work of the power supply bureau to carry out the optimization design,research and development innovation and operation and maintenance management of the existing IT system,in addition to further expand the practical functions of the power information system,in the power users to provide better services,also has a positive role.This paper firstly introduces the basic principles and application advantages of ITSM,then briefly analyzes the structure and specific functions of itsm-based power information system,and finally puts forward some Suggestions on the optimization application of ITSM in the field of power information based on personal work experience.
