摘要
调度自动化系统作为电网保护、控制、调度等重要功能的实现主体,其运行可靠性与安全性是各类功能有效实施的重要保障。然而,随着电网调度自动化系统规模和功能的不断扩大,自动化系统由于缺乏规范化运维流程及管理方法,存在服务流程缺乏监控、人员素质参差不齐、运维质量难以保障等问题。因此,本文研究基于ITIL的电网调度自动化系统建模方法与运维技术,提出符合ITSM规范要求的调度自动化系统运维服务架构,并构建包括事件管理、问题管理、知识管理等在内的运维管理模型和方法。本文研究内容及方法规范了系统运维服务架构及管理方法,能够有效提高了调度自动化系统运维水平和运维效率。
As the realization subject of power system main function which contains protection, control and dispatch, the operational re- liability and security of dispatching automation system are important guarantees for the effective implementation of various functions. But with the expansion of the scale and function of power grid dispatching automation system, automation system has many problems, such as lack of monitoring service process, uneven quality of personnel, and difficulty in ensuring the quality of operation and maintenance, due to the lack of standardized operation and maintenance process and management methods. Therefore, this paper research on the operation and maintenance technology of dispatching automation system, propose operation and maintenance service framework of dispatching automation system according with ITSM specification, and construct the operation and maintenance management model and method including event management, problem management and knowledge management. The content and method of this paper standardizes the system operation and maintenance service framework and management method, which can effectively improve the operation and maintenance level of dispatching automation system and the efficiency of operation and maintenance.
