摘要
信息化时代的到来,使创业的方式更加新颖和便捷,随着国家对于大学生创新创业的扶持,社会各界为大学生提供了前所未有的创业机遇。信息化背景下大学生创业团队的管理体系是多元的,不仅要包含信息化的建设,也要适应新时代人力资源要求。本文基于信息化视角下以人为本的团队建设思维以及基于学生社团视角来进行当代大学生创业团队管理的思考,希望通过对大学生创业团队管理的优化,提高当下创业教育成效,服务大学生创新创业。
With the advent of the information age,the way of entrepreneurship is more novel and convenient.With the support of the state for college students’innovation and entrepreneurship,all walks of life provide unprecedented opportunities for college students to start a business.Under the background of informatization,the management system of college students’entrepreneurial team is pluralistic,which not only includes the construction of informatization,but also adapts to the requirements of human resources in the new era.From the perspective of information-based thinking of people-oriented team-building and student community-based thinking of contemporary college students entrepreneurial team management,this paper hopes to improve the effectiveness of current entrepreneurship education through the optimization of college students entrepreneurial team management,and serve college students innovative entrepreneurship.
