摘要
学生社团建设是新时期高校党团工作的重要组成部分,是高校人才培养的第二课堂,是校园文化建设的重要载体,也是学生思想政治教育工作的有效延伸。近年来,我国高校学生社团数量逐年增加,社团类型更加丰富。高校学生社团显现出兴趣更加广泛、个性更加鲜明、活动更加灵活等特征,也暴露出思政教育目的难落实、结构松散、疏于管理、持续性不强等问题。高校学生社团可采用集约化管理、开放式参与、项目化运行结合的社员制模式,实现简化社团结构、强化社团管理、维护社团长期工作活力、增强社团创新和自我提升能力的目的。
The construction of student associations is an important part of college party work in the new period,the afterschool education of cultivating talents for universities,an important carrier of campus culture construction as well as the effective extension of ideological and political education of students.In recent years,the number of college student associations in China has increased year by year with its types enriched.The college student associations show the characteristics of wider interest,more distinctive personality,and more flexible features.At the same time,it also exposes the problems of ideological and political education,such as difficult to implement,loose structure,poor management and lack of persistence.The college student associations can adopt the membership system mode of intensive management,open participation and project-oriented operation to realize simplification of community structure,strengthen community management,keep active in long-term community work and enhance the community innovation and self-improvement ability in college student associations.
