摘要
随着我国城市水环境提升、黑臭河道治理等行动计划加速,污水厂一级A标准正全面推行,但同时也面临着污水处理工艺流程延长、药耗能耗增加等严峻形势,而工艺设计的合理选择将直接关系到工程投资和运行成本,并影响污水厂高效低耗、安全稳定运行。为此,文中总结了污水厂一级A排放标准提标改造工艺设计难点和设计原则,论述了污水厂出水提标至一级A标准的技术手段,对比分析了深度处理工艺主要构筑物选型及特点,并对污水厂未来发展方向提出了建议,以期为污水厂提标改造工艺的选择与设计提供借鉴。
With the improvement of urban aquatic environment and acceleration of series of action plans such as black-odorous river control,first grade A criteria for WWTP is being fully implemented.But accompanied prolonged treatment process may bring about increasing reagent and energy cost.Therefore,reasonable process design may directly influence project investment and operation cost,which can affect high efficient,safe and stable operation of WWTP with low energy consumption.The difficulty and principle in process designing of upgrading and reconstruction project,and technical measures to meet first grade A criteria are summarized and discussed separately.Besides,different facility selection and feature of advanced treatment process are compared in the paper.Also,advices for future direction of development in WWTP are provided,and some suggestions of process selection and design are put forward in order to upgrade and reconstruct the WWTP,finally.
