摘要
该工业园区污水处理厂提标改造工程设计建设规模为30000 m^3/d。针对污水特点和提标要求,该工程处理工艺采用:原二级生物处理单元增加高速搅拌器和推流器;增加深度处理单元,深度处理工艺采用高效沉淀池+滤布滤池工艺。本文详细介绍了进、出水水质及提标工艺流程、主要设计参数,出水水质最终满足《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)中的一级A标准,相关经验可供类似工程参考借鉴。
The design and construction scale of the upgrading project of the industrial park sewage treatment plant is 30,000 m^3/d.According to the characteristics of the sewage and the requirements for raising the standard, the treatment process of the project adopts: the high-grade agitator and the pusher are added to the original secondary biological treatment unit;the deep processing unit is added, and the advanced treatment process adopts the high-efficiency sedimentation tank and the filter cloth filter process.This paper introduces in detail the water quality and extraction process and main design parameters of the inlet and outlet water.The effluent quality finally meets the Grade A standard in the Pollutant Discharge Standards of Urban Sewage Treatment Plants(GB 18918-2002).The relevant experience can be used for reference in similar projects.
