摘要
十几年来,国际文化领域的一个基本趋势是:世界遗产主动融入可持续发展的潮流。遗产本身日益成为可持续发展文化战略的一个重要环节和指标。同时,遗产的保护、管理、传承也为经济、社会、环境的可持续发展及和平安全提供重要动力。从全球可持续发展的框架出发,理解世界遗产的深刻变化,认识可持续发展赋予世界遗产新的特质与功能,把握世界遗产转型、升级的国际潮流,实现遗产和可持续发展的互利双赢具有重要意义。
Over the past decade, one of the basic trends in the international cultural field is to integrate world heritage into the trend of sustainable development. Heritage has increasingly become an important link and indicator in the cultural strategy of sustainable development. At the same time, the protection, management and inheritance of heritage also provide important impetus for sustainable economic, social and environmental development as well as peace and security. Departing from the framework of global sustainable development, it is of great significance to understand profound changes of world heritage, to recognize the new characteristics and functions of world heritage endowed by sustainable development, to grasp the international trend of transformation and amelioration of world heritage, and to realize the win-win situation between heritage and sustainable development.
