摘要
根据贵州某地高硫铝土矿的化学多元素分析和物相分析,初步确定了采用浮选法脱出矿石中硫的工艺。采用单因素试验法确定了最佳磨矿细度为-0.074mm含量为85.78%,采用响应曲面法确定了最佳药剂制度为活化剂用量为113.5g/t、调整剂SNS用量为778g/t、复合捕收剂用量为289.5g/t。在上述条件下,实际浮选获得铝精矿中硫含量为0.38%,与软件优化拟合结果基本一致。采用上述试验确立的药剂制度进行一次粗选一次精选两次扫选闭路试验,最终获得的铝精矿中硫含量为0.39%,产率为88.53%。
According to the chemical multi-element analysis and phase analysis of a high-sulfur bauxite from Guizhou province,the process of removing sulfur from the bauxite by flotation was preliminarily determined.The single factor test was applied to determine that the optimal grinding fineness of-0.074 mm was 85.78%,and the response surface method was used to determine the optimal reagent system as 113.5 g/t for activator,778 g/t for regulator SNS and 289.5 g/t for compound collector.Under the above conditions,actual sulfur content in aluminum concentrate was 0.38%,which was basically consistent with the software optimization fitting result.After that,the reagent system established in the above test was applied to the closed-circuit test whose process flow involved one roughing,one cleaning and two sweeping in sequence,and the sulfur content and the yield of the obtained aluminum concentrate were 0.39%and 88.53%respectively.
