摘要
通过对河南某地煤下高硫铝土矿矿石性质分析,并开展实验室浮选脱硫优化试验研究,结果表明该煤下铝土矿矿物组成复杂,矿石硬度较大,属难处理高硫铝土矿,实验室浮选脱硫最佳条件为:磨矿细度-0.075mm75%。85%,活化剂用量50g/t,弱碱性条件下浮选脱硫捕收剂用量为400~600g/t,经过一次粗选一次扫选实验室闭路试验得到铝精矿硫含量为0.22%,产率93.16%,氧化铝回收率98.29%的良好试验指标。
The properties and flotation desulfurization optimization condition of high - sulfur bauxite under coal bed were studied in this paper. The results showed that the mineral composition was complex, the bauxite hardness was bigger and this kind of bauxite was difficult to treat. The best technology conditions for flotation desulfurization were : the particle size of bauxite was 75 % -85 % under 0. 075 ram, the volume of activator was 50g/t and the volume of collector agent was 400 - 600g/t under weakly alkaline conditions. After the closed - circuit test, the sulfur content of aluminum concentrate was 0. 22%, the yield was 93.16% and the alumina recovery was 98.29%.
