摘要
目的探讨多维度护理对降低产妇剖宫产率与提高产妇分娩自我效能感的临床效果。方法选取我院(2017年1月至2019年1月)收治的96例产妇,根据不同护理分为2组,对照组(n=48)接受常规护理,观察组(n=48)接受多维度护理,对比两组产妇自然分娩率和分娩自我效能、疼痛程度以及母乳喂养成功率。结果观察组产妇自然分娩率30(62.50%),对照组产妇自然分娩率19(39.58%),两组产妇自然分娩率对比差异明显(χ^2=10.5111,P<0.05)。观察组产妇分娩自我效能和VAS评分分别为(37.83±2.17)、(5.42±1.31),对照组分别为(24.05±2.21)、(7.54±1.62),两组产妇分娩自我效能和VAS评分对比差异明显(t=18.6669、7.0500,P<0.05)。观察组产妇母乳喂养成功率66.67%(32/48),对照组产妇母乳喂养成功率43.75%(21/48),两组产妇母乳喂养成功率对比差异明显(χ^2=10.6219,P<0.05)。结论多维度护理能够显著降低产妇剖宫产率,并且提高产妇分娩自我效能感,临床效果满意,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of multi-dimensional nursing on reducing the rate of cesarean section and improving the self-effi cacy of delivery.Methods 96 cases of parturients in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were divided into two groups according to different nursing.The control group(n=48)received routine nursing and the observation group(n=48)received multi-dimensional nursing.The natural delivery rate,delivery self-effi cacy,tenderness and success rate of breastfeeding were compared between the two groups.Results:the natural delivery rate of the observation group was 30(62.50%)and that of the control group was 19(39.58%).There was a signifi cant difference between the two groups(χ^2=10.5111,P<0.05).The delivery self-effi cacy and VAS score of the observation group were(37.83±2.17)and(5.42±1.31),respectively,and those of the control group were(24.05±2.21)and(7.54±1.62),respectively.The success rate of breast-feeding was 66.67%(32/48)in the observation group and 43.75%(21/48)in the control group.Conclusion Multi-dimensional nursing can signifi cantly reduce the rate of cesarean section,and improve the self-effi cacy of delivery,the clinical effect is satisfactory,it is worthy of clinical application.
