摘要
目的分析临床护理路径联合健康教育对提高母乳喂养的作用以及自我护理能力的提升作用。方法选取于我院进行治疗的产妇70例作为本次研究的对象,诊治时间为2019年1月至2019年6月。采用随机分组的方法将研究对象分为对照组和观察组,对照组产妇采用常规的护理方法,观察组产妇采用临床护理路径,并在此基础上加强健康教育,观察对比两组产妇的开奶时间、母乳分泌量满意率、不良反应的发生率、母乳喂养知识和技能评分。结果对照组产妇的开奶时间为(58.15±7.98)min,观察组产妇的开奶时间为(33.21±1.98)min;对照组产妇的母乳分泌量满意率为60.00%(21/35);观察组产妇的母乳分泌量满意率为88.57%(31/35);对照组产妇的不良反应发生率为37.14%(13/35);观察组产妇的不良反应发生率为11.43%(4/35);对照组产妇的母乳喂养知识和技能评分为(78.15±2.16)分,观察组产妇的母乳喂养知识和技能评分为(96.21±2.01)分。结论临床护理路径联合健康教育对提高母乳喂养的作用显著,能有效降低产妇喂养不良反应发生率,提高母乳分泌量,以及对自我护理能力有提升的作用。
Objective To analyze the effect of clinical nursing path combined with health education on breast feeding and self-care ability.Methods Seventy cases of puerpera treated in our hospital were selected as the objects of this study,and the time of diagnosis and treatment was from January 2019 to June 2019.Adopt the method of randomized study can be divided into control group and observation group and control group of women with normal nursing method,observation group maternal using clinical nursing pathway,and on this basis to strengthen health education,observe the comparison of two groups of maternal milk time,breast milk secretion satisfaction rate,the incidence of adverse reactions,breastfeeding knowledge and skills to score.Results The milk opening time was 58.15±7.98 min in the control group and 33.21±1.98 min in the observation group.The satisfaction rate of maternal milk secretion in the control group was 60.00%(21/35).The satisfaction rate of maternal milk secretion in the observation group was 88.57%(31/35).The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 37.14%(13/35).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 11.43%(4/35).The score of knowledge and skills of breastfeeding was(78.15±2.16)in the control group and(96.21±2.01)in the observation group.Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway combined with health education plays a significant role in improving breastfeeding,which can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse feeding reactions,improve the secretion of breast milk,and improve self-care ability.
