摘要
                
                    绩效考核是深化公立医院改革、推进现代医院管理制度建设的重要环节。阐述了在全国三级公立医院绩效考核这一新形势下,临汾市人民医院以考核为导向,实施了统筹管理考核工作、标准化数据的提取及上报路径、持续改进院内绩效考核方案、推进全面质量管理、加大管理的引导性和针对性等策略,促进医院质量和运行效率的双提升。
                
                Performance appraisal is an important link in deepening the reform of public hospitals and promoting the construction of modern hospital management system.Under the new situation of performance appraisal of national tertiary public hospitals,Linfen People’s Hospital,guided by appraisal,has implemented a series of strategies,such as overall management appraisal,standardized data extraction and reporting path,continuous improvement of hospital performance appraisal scheme,promotion of total quality management,and enhancement of management guidance and pertinence,so as to provide reference for other hospitals.
