中专衔接大专高职护理专业学生班主任管理初探 被引量:1

A Preliminary Study on the Management of Head Teachers of Nursing Majors in Vocational Colleges Linking up Secondary Vocational and Technical Schools

摘要 对于报读中专衔接大专的学生,通常是在中专阶段读书成绩较好,家庭经济情况能继续支持学生进一步提升,学生对自己学业要求和职业发展规划是有进一步提升要求的这一部分学生,对学历的提升是最为迫切的要求,对专业从中专所读专业衔接到大专相关专业的兴趣性不高。如何提高学生对相关专业的兴趣性,从而为就业提升自己专业相关领域的综合能力,对于护理临床型班主任的管理工作有着非常重要的意义。文章通过分析高职院校高考后进入学院第一专业学习的学生和中专衔接大专相关专业学生的不同点来进行粗略的探讨。 For the students enrolled in the junior college,they usually get better grades in the secondary school stage,and the family economic situation can continue to support the further promotion of students.The students'academic requirements and career development planning are part of the students who need further promotion.The promotion of academic qualifications is the most urgent requirement,and the junior college is the most urgent one.It is not very interesting to connect the major of secondary vocational school with the related major of junior college.How to improve students'interest in relevant specialties,so as to enhance their comprehensive ability in relevant fields of specialty for employment.It is of great significance to the management of clinical nursing head teachers.This paper makes a preliminary discussion by analyzing the differences between the students who enter the first major after the college entrance examination in Higher Vocational Colleges and the students who join the relevant majors in Higher Vocational colleges.
