摘要
针对传统钻孔数控机床因其运转时震动幅度大而造成的钻孔精度低、质量差、机床故障率高等技术难题,对传统钻孔数控机床结构进行优化,设计了一套具有减震功能的数控机床。分析了该机床机构、工作原理及结构优点。通过实际应用,大大提高了减震效果,保证了钻孔质量,提高了机床的使用寿命。
Aiming at the technical problems of high vibration amplitude,low drilling precision,poor quality and high failure rate of the machine tool during the operation of the traditional drilling machine numerical control machine,the structure of the traditional drilling machine tool is optimized,a set of numerical control machine tools with shock absorption function is adopted,and the machine tool mechanism is analyzed.And it has the advantages of working principle and structure.Through the practical application,the damping effect is greatly improved,the drilling quality is ensured,and the service life of the machine tool is improved.
