摘要
为实现具有国际视野、国际认可的创新型技术技能人才的培养目标,与海外高校及相关企业合作开展了国际化创新型技术技能人才培养体系的探索与实践.创新实践平台提出按照"以大赛为依托、结合产教融合,以成果为导向,持续改进建设效果"的建设目标,探索出"成果导向"的创新实践平台.组建了以工程实践引领的"国际化"师资团队,形成了校企协同育人的"系统化"体制机制.经过几年的研究与实践,全面提升了人才培养质量.
In order to achieve talents training goal of the international recognition with international vision,the internationalization of innovative technology skills teaching system related technology cooperation between colleges and overseas institutes was explored and practiced.The Innovation practice platform was put forward according to the"based on competition,combined with the production teaching fusion,results oriented,continuous improvement construction effect"for the construction of the target,explored innovation practice of"achievement orientation"platform.The platform formed the"internationalization"of the teachers team with engineering practice,and formed a collaborative education between colleges"systematic"systems and mechanisms.After a few years research and practice,it improved the personnel training quality.
