摘要
素食在我国有几千年的发展历史,与我国佛教、道教的发展密不可分,目前非宗教素食越来越多,研究表明素食对一些慢性疾病有一定的益处,素食者要在中医天人合一的整体观的指导下合理膳食,遵循自然界阴阳变化的规律,重在调整机体阴阳的平衡,注重膳食的合理搭配,防止不合理素食带来的弊端。
Vegetarianism has a history of thousands of years in China,which is closely related to the development of Buddhism and Taoism in China.At present,there are more and more non religious vegetarians.Research shows that vegetarian foods have certain benefits for some chronic diseases,but vegetarians should eat properly under the guidance of the holistic view of the unity of heaven and man in traditional Chinese medicine,and follow the law of the change of yin and yang in nature.Dieters should focus on balancing yin and yang in their body by choosing foods that suit their physical condition.
