摘要
对风机的工作方式与流程进行了探讨,设计了监控系统的整体方案,分析研究了系统的控制结构与控制原理。对系统控制柜的硬件设备进行选型,设计分析了系统的主电路与风机信号监测的原理等。设计了系统软件主程序的工作流程图。监控系统具有较强的抗干扰性,对风机运行的关键信号进行了监测,为井下持续的通风提供了保障。
First of all,this paper discusses the working mode and process of the fan,designs the overall scheme of the monitoring system,and analyzes the control structure and control principle of the system.Secondly,the hardware equipment of the system control cabinet is selected,and the principle of the main circuit and fan signal monitoring of the system is designed and analyzed.Finally,the working flow chart of the main program of the system software is designed.The monitoring system has strong anti-interference ability,and monitors the key signals of the fan operation,which provides a guarantee for continuous ventilation in the underground.
