摘要
目的分析甲羟孕酮联合去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗围绝经期功血的效果。方法选择本院2017年1月至2018年12月收治的80例围绝经期功血患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为两组,每组40例。对照组采用甲醋酸甲羟孕酮片进行治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合使用去氧孕烯炔雌醇片进行治疗,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果、控制出血时间、完全止血时间及治疗前与治疗1个疗程后的血清卵泡激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、孕酮(P)、雌二醇(E2)水平、子宫内膜厚度以及两组患者治疗期间的不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为97.50%,显著高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05);观察组控制出血时间、完全止血时间均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者FSH、LH、P、E2水平、子宫内膜厚度比较差异均无统计学意义,治疗后,均显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组各指标水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为12.50%,对照组为10.00%,两组比较差异无统计学意义。结论甲羟孕酮联合去氧烯炔雌醇片治疗围绝经期功血,能更好地促进患者雌激素、孕激素水平的改善,控制出血时间,临床效果显著,且无严重不良反应,值得临床推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of medroxyprogesterone combined with deoxygenated progesteronylestradiol tablets on perimenopausal active blood.Methods 80 patients with perimenopausal active blood admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Control group adopted a medroxyprogesterone acetate tablets treatment,observation group on the basis of the control group the combined desogestrel ethinylestradiol treatment,and compare the clinical therapeutic effects of two groups of patients,to control the bleeding time,fully hemostatic time and before and after one course of treatment of serum follicle hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),progesterone(P),estradiol(E2)levels,endometrial thickness and two groups of patients during treatment of adverse reactions occur.Results The total effective rate was 97.50% in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 80.00% in the control group(P<0.05).The control bleeding time and complete hemostasis time in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of FSH,LH,P,E2 and endometrial thickness of the two groups were not significantly different before treatment,but significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of all indicators in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 12.50% in the observation group and 10.00% in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant.Conclusion Medroxyprogesterone combined with deoxyenylestradiol tablets in the treatment of perimenopausal active blood can better promote the improvement of estrogen and progesterone levels in patients,and control the bleeding time.
