摘要
目的分析去氧孕烯炔雌醇片对围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血的疗效。方法选择本院2010年8月～2012年6月收治的70例围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者,分别采用诊断性刮宫后口服去氧孕烯炔雌醇片(观察组,n=35)或诊断性刮宫后口服米非司酮(对照组,n=35)治疗,比较两组患者治疗后的疗效及治疗前后子宫内膜厚度,平均阴道流血时间及血红蛋白的变化。结果观察组患者的疗效显著优于对照组患者(P<0.05),治疗后观察组患者的子宫内膜厚度和平均阴道流血时间显著优于对照组患者(P<0.05),两组患者的血红蛋白差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论去氧孕烯炔雌醇片对围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血安全有效,并发症少,可作为围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血的首选治疗方法。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of ethinyl estradiol desogestrel tablets to climacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods Seventy patients with climacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding from August 2010 to June 2012 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group ( n=35) and the control group (n=35).The observation group was given oral ethinyl estradiol desogestrel tablets and the control group was given oral mifepristone after diagnostic curettage,the therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups and the length of endometrium,mean time of colporrhagia,the haematoglobin level of the two groups before and after treatment were observed.Results The therapeutic effect in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05),the indexes of the length of endometrium and mean time of colporrhagia in the observation group were both better than those in the control group (P<0.05),but the haematoglobin level between the two groups had no statically difference (P>0.05).Conclusion Therapeutic effect of ethinyl estradiol desogestrel tablets on climacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding is safe,effective,and with little complications,it can be therapy of first choice for climacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding.
