摘要
                
                    以Al2O3、NiO为原料合成具有尖晶石晶体结构的NiO·nAl2O3天蓝色色剂,研究了Al/Ni摩尔比与煅烧温度对色剂色度的影响。结果表明,当原料Al/Ni摩尔比为3、煅烧温度为1450℃时能够合成色度优良的天蓝色色剂。进一步研究了色剂添加量与烧结温度对天蓝色氧化锆美学陶瓷密度、抗弯强度和美学色泽的影响。结果表明,当色剂添加量为2.5 wt%、烧结温度1450℃保温2 h时,所制备的天蓝色美学氧化锆陶瓷的综合性能最优:材料的密度为5.99 g/cm^3,抗弯强度为964±37 MPa,L^*、a^*、b^*值分别为64.7,-22.2,-24.5,兼具良好的色泽与力学性能。
                
                The sky-blue pigment with the spinel crystal-structure was synthesized using Al2O3 and NiO as the raw materials.The influences of the Al/Ni molar rates and the calcinating temperatures on the chroma of as-synthesized pigments were investigated.It was found that the sky-blue pigment achieved the optimal chroma when calcinated at 1450℃ with the Al/Ni molar rate of 3.In addition,the influences of the pigment doping contents and the sintering temperatures on the density,bending strength and chroma of final aesthetic zirconia ceramics were studied.The sample doped with 2.5 wt% pigment sintered at 1450℃ achieved satisfying comprehensive performances.The density and bending strength of the final product were 5.99 g/cm^3 and of 964±37 MPa,respectively.The L^*,a^* and b^* values of as-prepared sky-blue aesthetic zirconia was 64.7,-22.2 and-24.5,respectively.
