摘要
陶瓷色料混色能够在一定程度上解决高温陶瓷色料的色彩匮乏问题,但混色问题缺乏系统的研究。本文选择包裹红、锆镨黄、钒锆蓝三种硅酸锆基色料进行混色问题研究。结果表明:色料的混色能够丰富高温颜色的种类。混色机理是三种色料反射不同波长的可见光后产生的协同作用,且对混色的影响是相互独立的。包裹红色料会使混色的L*值减小,a*值增大;锆镨黄色料会使混色的L*值和b*值减小,a*值增大;钒锆蓝色料会使混色的a*值和b*值减小。
The issue of color mixing of ceramic pigments lacks systematic research, although the color mixing between ceramic pigments can solve the problem of the lack with the color of high-temperature ceramic pigments to a certain extent. This article studies the issue of color mixing using three kinds of zircon-based ceramic pigments with CdSxSe1-x@ZrSiO4, Pr-ZrSiO4 and V-ZrSiO4. The experimental results show that the color mixing of ceramic pigments can enrich the types of high-temperature color. The mechanism of color mixing is synergy between with the three kinds of pigments reflect the visible light of different wavelengths, the influence of the different pigments on the color obtained after the color mixing is independent. In the color mixing process, the CdSxSe1-x@ZrSiO4 pigment will reduce L* value and increase a* value; the Pr-ZrSiO4 pigment will reduce L* value, b* value and increase a* value; the V-ZrSiO4 pigment will reduce L* value and b* value.
