摘要
根据“新工科”的新发展形势和要求,本研究从产教融合的具体内容、实施方法、效果、特色、基础等方面,结合实践教学范例,阐述了产教融合在化工专业应用型人才培养中的地位和作用,对实践教学进行了改革、补充和完善。产教融合发展,有利于实现高校转型升级,满足企业对应用型人才的需求,实现优势互补和资源共享,最终实现共赢局面。
According to the new development situation and requirements of new engineering,in the study,the position and role of industry education integration of chemical engineering specialty was expounded in application-oriented talents training,,combined with practical teaching examples from the specific content,implementation method,effect,characteristics,foundation and other aspects.The practice teaching had been reformed,supplemented and improved.It was conducive to the transformation and upgrading of colleges and universities by the integrated development of industry and education,to meet the needs of enterprises for application-oriented talents,to share complementary advantages and resource,and ultimately to achieve a win-win situation.
