摘要
目的探讨P16在尖锐湿疣(CA)组织中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化(SP法)检测75例CA患者皮损与30例正常皮肤组织中P16的表达情况,并对比研究。结果 P16在CA中阳性表达率为62.67%,与正常皮肤相比,两者间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 P16在CA组织中异常表达,说明P16可能参与尖锐湿疣的发生发展。
Objective Investigate the expression of P16 in condyloma acuminatum(CA).Methods P16 protein were detected by Immunohistochemistry(SP method)in 75 CA tissues and 30 normal skin tissues,the results were compared.Results P16 proteins positive rates were 62.67%in CA tissues,there was significant differences between CA and nomal skin(P<0.05).Conclusion The abnormal expressions of P16 protein are significantly correlated with the creation and the development of condyloma acuminatum.
