摘要
目的分析质量控制模式在手术室护理管理中的具体应用方式与应用价值。方法选择该院手术室护理人员15名作为该次研究对象,手术室护理质量安全管理分为消毒隔离组、护理文书组、手术仪器组、教育培训组、优质护理组5个小组,每组设组长1名,组员2名,每组制定质量控制标准(总分100分,分为结构得分、过程得分和结果得分)。在发现问题后进行汇总,找出主要问题进入下一循环。结果在实施质量控制之后,消毒隔离工作、护理文书书写、手术仪器操作水平与护理质量方面都有显著提升,PDCA循环质量控制方案发挥了显著的作用。在日常护理工作中,能够养成良好的工作习惯,体现了全员参与的理念。结论手术室护理质量控制模式的应用可以有效地提升护理人员的理论知识与操作技能水平,推动手术室护理工作的良性循环。
Objective To analyze the specific application mode and application value of quality control mode in nursing management of operating room. Methods 15 nursing staff in the operating room of the hospital were selected as the research object. The quality and safety management of operating room nursing was divided into 5 groups: disinfection isolation group,nursing instrument group, surgical instrument group, education training group, and high-quality nursing group. Set up one team leader and two team members, and each group develops quality control standards(100 points in total, divided into structure score, process score and result score). Summarize after finding the problem, find the main problem and enter the next cycle. Results After the implementation of quality control, the disinfection and isolation work, the writing of nursing instruments, the operation level of surgical instruments and the quality of care have been significantly improved. The PDCA cycle quality control program has played a significant role. In daily nursing work, good working habits can be developed, reflecting the concept of full participation. Conclusion The application of operating room nursing quality control mode can effectively improve the theoretical knowledge and operating skills of nursing staff, and promote a virtuous circle of nursing work in operating room.
