摘要
目的研究风险管理理论应用于手术室护理管理的价值。方法入组对象为我院2015年5月至2017年5月收治的68例行手术治疗患者,将实施风险管理前的34例患者作为对比组,将实施风险管理后的34例患者作为研究组,对两组手术室护理情况和临床资料进行回顾性分析,对比两组护理差错、护理风险和纠纷投诉事件发生的概率。结果两组护理差错比较,研究组护理差错率为2.94%,对比组为20.59%,组间比较研究组更低(P<0.05)。研究组护理风险发生率为0.00%,对比组为11.76%,组间比较,研究组更低(P<0.05)。研究组护理纠纷发生情况为0例(0.00),对比组为3例(8.82%),研究组低于对比组(χ~2=4.615,P=0.032)。研究组护理投诉事件发生情况为1例(2.94%),对比组为5例,研究组低于对比组(χ~2=4.301,P=0.038)。结论采用风险管理理论对手术室护理管理进行指导,可以降低护理差错、护理风险和护例纠纷的发生率,提高护理质量。
Objective To study value of risk management theory in operating room nursing management.Methods Choose 68 patients treated in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2017 as study objects,34 cases before risk management were included in control group,and 34 cases after risk management included in study group.Review and analyze nursing situation and clinical data of two groups,compare probability of nursing errors,nursing risks and dispute complaints between two groups.Results Comparison showed,nursing error rate of study group was 2.94%,lower than 20.59%of control group,(P<0.05).Incidence of nursing risk in study group was 0.00%and lower than 11.76%of control group,(P<0.05).Nursing disputes in study group were 0 cases(0.00%),lower than 3 cases(8.82%)in control group(χ~2=4.615,P=0.032).Nursing complaints were 1 case(2.94%)in study group,lower than 5 cases in control group,(χ~2=4.301,P=0.038).Conclusion Risk management theory can reduce incidence of nursing errors,nursing risks and disputes,improve nursing quality during operating room management with guidance of risk management theory.
