摘要
政治属性是党与生俱来的根本属性,政治建设是党的根本性建设,政治标准是党发展党员、选人用人、干部用权的第一标准。当下,在党中央“把党的政治建设摆在首位”的决策部署下,高校基层党组织需用政治标准坚定信仰、绝对忠诚和良好政德分别在发展培育教师党员、提拔党员干部和监督党员干部用权三个方面发力,从而解决自身领导力弱化的现实问题,增强基层党组织的凝聚力、向心力和组织力,充分发挥基层党组织的政治功能,实现推进全面从严治党向纵深发展的目标。
The political attribute is the fundamental of the party,and the political construction is fundamental for the party,and the political standard is the first factor for the party to recruit new party members,choose and employ people,and use the right of cadres.At present,under the decision-making arrangement of"putting the Party's political construction at the forefront line"of the CPC Central Committee,the grass-roots Party organizations in universities and colleges must use political standards to strengthen firm belief,absolute loyalty and good political ethics in developing and cultivating teachers and Party members,promoting Party members and cadres and supervising Party members and cadres to exert their power,so as to solve the practical problems of their weakening leadership,strengthen the cohesion,centripetal force and organizational strength of grass-roots Party organizations,give full play to the political function of grass-roots Party organizations,and realize the goal of promoting the comprehensive and strict administration of the Party to the deep development of the Party.
