摘要
建筑工程通常涉及的合同种类繁杂且数量巨大,合同对一个工程项目的顺利完成具有举足轻重的作用。现有的合同管理模式不便查阅和使用,合同内容还存在被篡改的可能。论文创新性地利用区块链是分布式账本的技术解决方案,实现了合同的存证管理以及电子合同的签订。区块链的建筑工程合同存证及管理信息系统已在广州市住宅建设发展有限公司的工程协同系统内使用,并取得较好的实践效果。
Construction projects usually involve a wide variety of contracts and a large number of them,the contracts play an important role in the successful completion of an engineering project.The existing contract management mode is inconvenient to consult and use and the contract contents may be tampered with.This paper innovatively uses block chain as the technical solution of distributed ledger,and realizes the contract storage management and electronic contract signing.The building project contract certificate and management information system of block chain has been used in the project coordination system of Guangzhou Housing Construction Development Co.,Ltd.and achieved good practical results.
