摘要
目的研究湿热瘀结型盆腔炎性疾病患者实施清湿止痛汤治疗的价值。方法方便选取该院2017年12月-2018年12月接收的湿热瘀结型盆腔炎性疾病患者(n=80)作为研究对象,以随机数字表为基准,分为治疗组(n=40,实施抗生素联和中药治疗)、对照组(n=40,实施抗生素治疗),两组患者临床总有效率、临床症状积分、不良反应发生率评估。结果临床总有效率:治疗组临床总有效率高于对照组(=4.114,P=0.042)。临床症状积分:治疗组临床症状积分低于对照组(疼痛:t=5.949,P=0.000;经期紊乱:t=5.471,P=0.000;发热:t=4.257,P=0.000;下腹坠痛:t=5.217,P=0.000)。不良反应发生率:治疗组不良反应发生率低于对照组(χ~2=4.501,P=0.034)。结论湿热瘀结型盆腔炎性疾病患者实施清湿止痛汤治疗的价值显著,既可降低不良反应发生率,又可改善临床症状积分,值得借鉴。
Objective To study the value of the treatment of Qingshi Zhitong Decoction in patients with damp-heat phlegm and pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods Patients with damp-heat sputum pelvic inflammatory disease(n=80) received in the hospital(December 2017-December 1818) were convenienty selected in the study. They were divided into treatment groups based on random number tables(n=40, implementation of antibiotics combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment, control group(n=40, antibiotic treatment), The two group patients with clinical total effective rate, clinical symptom scores, adverse reactions incidence rate evaluation. Results Clinical total effective rate: The total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(χ~2=4.114, P=0.042). Clinical symptom score: The clinical symptom score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(pain: t=5.949, P=0.000;menstrual disorder:t=5.471, P=0.000;fever: t=4.257, P=0.000;lower abdomen pain: t=5.217, P=0.000). The incidence of adverse reactions: the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(χ~2=4.501, P=0.034). Conclusion The patients with damp-heat phlegm and pelvic inflammatory disease have significant value in the treatment of Qingshi Zhitong Decoction, which can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve the clinical symptom scores. It is worth learning.
