摘要
目的 :对比耳穴贴压结合超短波与口服西药治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法 :将 98例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为治疗组 5 0例和对照组 4 8例。治疗组采用耳穴贴压结合超短波治疗 ,对照组采用口服西药治疗。结果 :治疗组痊愈率为 6 8 0 %,对照组痊愈率为 2 5 0 %,两者相比差异有非常显著性意义 (P <0 0 1 )。结论 :治疗组对慢性盆腔炎具有良好效果 ,疗效明显优于对照组。
Objective To compare therapeutic effects of auricular point sticking combined with ultra short wave diathermy and oral administration of western medicine on chronic pelvic inflammation. Methods Ninety eight cases were randomly divided into the treatment group ( n =50) treated by auricular point sticking combined with ultra short wave diathermy, and the control group ( n =48) treated by oral administration of medicine. Results The cured rate was 68 0% in the treatment group and 25 0% in the control group with a significant difference between the two groups ( P <0 01). Conclusion The therapeutic effect of the combined therapy is better than that of medicine for chronic pelvic inflammation.
