摘要
智慧城市开始由生产型范式转向服务型范式,逐渐提高的城市服务功能可以更好的契合了健康城市的终极发展目标,并催生了健康智慧城市这一概念。通过对国内外典型案例的解读,可以看到普及性、公平性及创新性特征在健康智慧城市中的显现。
Smart City begins to change from Production Paradigm to Service Paradigm.Smart City can serve the goal of healthy cities better.This contributed to the birth of a healthy and intelligent city.Some characteristics can be seen in healthy and intelligent city through domestic and foreign cases,such as popularity,fairness and creative.
