摘要
《关于深化职业教育教学改革全面提高人才培养质量的若干意见》文件精神为指导,以服务于区域产业需求,依据企业岗位要求,满足物业管理行业所需的专业能力与素质要求,探索专业教学改革的思路与方案。文章通过CIS理论进行分析,进而从物业管理专业发展定位、行为识别层面:课程设置、校企协同合作、师资能力培养、创新素质等方面探讨物业管理专业职业能力提升素质,旨在为高职物业管理专业的品牌打造提供参考依据。
Guided by the spirit of“Several Opinions on Deepening Vocational Education and Teaching Reform and Comprehensively Improving the Quality of Talent Training”,the paper aims to serve the needs of regional industries,meet the professional ability and quality requirements of the property management industry according to the job requirements of enterprises,and explore the ideas and plans of professional teaching reform.Through the analysis of CIS theory,this paper discusses the development orientation and behavior identification of property management specialty from the aspects of curriculum setting,school-enterprise cooperation,teacher ability training,innovation quality and so on,aiming to provide reference for building the brand of property management specialty in higher vocational colleges.
