摘要
新时期高等教育改革发展必须紧扣立德树人根本任务,切实将育人贯穿在人才培养全过程。北京联合大学以人才培养方案修订为契机,有效落实育人目标,重新审视修正应用型本科人才培养方案,重构人才培养体系。以OBE教育理念为指导,按毕业要求对课程体系进行整合;遵循本科专业质量标准,打造优势特色专业;通过强化实践教学,提升学生创新创业能力。围绕本科人才培养主线,深化体制机制改革,确保高水平应用型本科人才培养体系落地实施。
In the new era,the development and reform of higher education must focus on establishing morality and cultivating people,which is a principle that should be stuck to throughout the process of education.Beijing Union University took the opportunity of the revision of the talent training program to effectively implement the goal of education,reexamined and restructured the education system.Led by the OBE principle,the curriculum system has been integrated according to the graduation requirements;the advantageous programme has been designed based on the quality standards of undergraduate education;Students’innovative and entrepreneurial ability have been enhanced through practical teaching.Hence implementation of high-level applied undergraduate talent fostering system could be ensured by focusing on the main principles of undergraduate talent fostering and deepening the reform of the mechanism.
