摘要
原发性食管恶性黑色素瘤临床上较罕见,其侵袭性高、预后差。本院收治1例原发性食管恶性黑色素瘤伴胃转移患者,现报道如下。
Primary malignant melanoma of esophagus is rare.It behaves aggressively and has a poor prognosis.A case of primary malignant melanoma of esophagus complicated with gastric metastasis was treated in our hospital this year.The report about it is as follow.
