摘要
在中国临床肿瘤学会(CSCO)倡导下,黑色素瘤专家委员会于2020年4月对黑色素瘤指南进行了修订。这次修订在2019版指南的基础上进行,基于循证医学证据和精准医学基本原则,以及资源可及性的考虑,结合了我国黑色素瘤患者的实际特点,对新药物和新研究结果进行了更新,并且引入了更多中国文献证据。新版指南从诊断、手术、辅助治疗、晚期治疗、黏膜来源黑色素瘤治疗对黑色素瘤的规范化诊治进行了阐述。
Under the initiative of the Chinese society of Clinical Oncology(CSCO),the melanoma Expert Committee revised the guidelines for melanoma in April 2020.This revision is based on the 2019 edition of the guidelines.Based on the evidence-based medicine and the basic principles of precision medicine,as well as the availability of resources,combined with the actual characteristics of melanoma patients in China,the new drugs and new research results are updated,and more evidence from Chinese literature is introduced.The new edition of the guidelines describes the standardized diagnosis and treatment of melanoma from the aspects of diagnosis,surgery,adjuvant treatment,advanced treatment and treatment of mucosal melanoma.
