摘要
针对一起高压直流输电工程VBE系统故障跳闸的事故,介绍了事故概况,经事故分析与现场检查,发现该跳闸事故的原因是直流控制保护系统低电压判据与VBE系统配合存在问题,给出了优化置位"低交流电压"信号逻辑的整改措施,并结合EOC信号电气参数特性完成了逻辑调试,确保了阀控系统的可靠性及冗余性。
Aiming at an accident of valve base electronics (VBE) system fault tripping in HVDC transmission project,this paper introduced the accident overview.Via accidents analysis and on-site inspection,it was found that the cooperating problem between the low voltage criterion of DC control and protection system and the VBE system caused the tripping accident.This paper gave the rectification measures of optimizing setting "low AC voltage" signal logic and combined with EOC signal electric parameters characteristic to finish the logical debugging to ensure the reliability and redundancy of valve control system.
