摘要
车轮模态是影响车轮可靠性和舒适性重要因素之一。基于台架试验方法对车轮自由模态和约束模态两种试验模态的测试流程进行研究。首先定义自由模态试验时参考点和激励点的位置,然后对自由模态测试结果进行分析,接着建立约束模态测试流程,最后对自由模态和约束模态测试结果进行对比分析。结果表明,约束模态与自由模态相比,有些振型保留,有些振型重新出现。车轮载荷增加会导致车轮的约束模态对应频率有少许增加。以上研究成果可为车轮的结构设计优化提供参考。
Wheel mode is one of the important factors affecting wheel reliability and vehicle comfort.In this paper,based on the bench test method,the test flows of the free mode and the constrained mode of the wheel are studied.First of all,the positions of the reference point and the excitation point in the free modal test are determined,and the free modal test results are analyzed.Then,the constraint modal test flow is established.Finally,the results of the free mode test and the constrained mode test are mutually compared and analyzed.The results show that compared with the free mode,some mode shapes remain and some modes reappear among the constrained modes.Increasing of wheel load can result in a slight increase of the frequency of the constrained mode of the wheel.The above research results provide a reference for the structural design optimization of wheels.
