摘要
以某轿车的车轮结构为原型,利用有限元法对不同材料下车轮模态的差异性和变化规律进行分析和研究。结果表明:该轿车车轮的固有频率远离路面激励频率和发动机振动频率,能够有效的避免共振;三种不同材料属性下车轮模态的振型和变化规律基本一致,固有频率的数值差异较小,即材料属性对车轮的模态影响不大。
Taking the wheel structure of a car as the prototype, the difference and variation law of wheel modes under different materials are analyzed and studied by finite element method (FEM). The results show that: The natural frequency of the car wheel is far from the road excitation frequency and engine vibration frequency, which can effectively avoid resonance; The mode shape and variation law of wheel mode are basically the same under three different material properties, and the numerical difference of natural frequency is small, in other words, the material attribute has little effect on the mode of wheel.
