除Cd(Ⅱ)重金属吸附剂——巯基乙酰化玉米秸秆的制备 被引量:7

摘要 以玉米秸秆(CS)、巯基乙酸(TGA)为原料,通过化学反应制备出重金属吸附剂——巯基乙酰化玉米秸秆(MACS),考察MACS对水样中Cd(Ⅱ)的去除性能,采用单因素实验法对MACS的制备条件进行优化研究。结果表明,MACS的优化制备条件为:CS粒径为0.20 mm(80目),m(催化剂NHS)∶m(EDC·HCl)为0.5∶1,m(CS)∶V(TGA)为1∶5,反应介质pH值为5.0,反应温度25℃,反应时间2 h。在此条件下制备的MACS对水样中Cd(Ⅱ)的吸附效率可达到61.57%。红外分析表明,CS分子链中成功引入了巯基。 A novel heavy metal adsorbent,mercaptoacetyl corn straw(MACS),was prepared by chemical reaction with corn straw and mercaptoacetic acid(TGA).The removal performance of Cd(Ⅱ)in water aqueous with MACS was taken as the main indicator,and the preparation conditions of MACS were investigated by single factor experiments.The result showed that the optimum preparation condition for MACS was as follows:the size of corn straw was 0.2 mm(through 80-mesh screen),the mass ratio of NHS and EDC·HCl was 0.5∶1,the ratio of CS and TGA(g∶mL)was 1∶5,pH value in reaction medium was 5.0,the reaction temperature was 25℃and the reaction time was 2 h.Under that,the highest removal rate of Cd(Ⅱ)could reached 61.57%.FTIR analysis results revealed that the mercapto groups were successfully grafted onto the molecular chains of CS.
