摘要
三轴转台是用于惯性元件测试、半实物仿真的复杂光机电设备,它的性能指标直接影响到空间飞行器和运载体的控制和导航精度.本文设计了一台宽频带多功能小型三轴转台,用于对MEMS惯组进行标定,同时可以仿真车载、弹载、机载等环境,另外还具有离心机和稳定平台等多种功能.首先,结合标定测试、环境模拟、离心机等多种功能要求,对三轴转台进行结构设计,建立了实体模型,将模型适当处理后导入Ansys进行动静态特性分析;然后针对转台带宽指标,对转台伺服系统进行了建模分析.分析结果表明,所设计的转台符合各项性能指标要求.
Tri-axis turntable is a complex optical-mechanical device used for inertial element testing and semi-physical simulation.Its performance indicators directly affect the control and navigation accuracy of space vehicles and carriers.A small three-axis turntable with wide-band and multi-function was designed to calibrate the Micro-Electro-Mechanical System(MEMS)inertial unit.It could also simulate the environment of vehicle,missile and airborne.It also had functions such as centrifuge and stabilization platform.Firstly,the three-axis turntable was designed with the functions of calibration test,environment simulation,centrifuge and so on,solid model was established,and the model was properly processed and imported into Ansys for dynamic and static characteristics analysis.Then,according to the turntable bandwidth index,the turntable servo system was modeled and analyzed.The analysis results show that the design platform meets the requirements of various performance indicators.
