摘要
随着市场对纸张品质要求的提高,造纸机械已经逐渐实现了高速化、大型化以及高效化,这在大大提升我国纸品质量和产量的同时,也对我国制浆造纸相关专业的教学带来了压力。光机电一体化实验平台是机械工程与自动化领域中非常重要的组成部分,在造纸专业模拟教学和实践操作教学体系中具有举足轻重的作用。针对传统造纸机械实验平台功能单一、实验环节较易出现间断的问题,开发出一种基于控制卡和机器视觉的新型平台。该平台从上料/分拣、传送、控制、分析、监测等领域对现有制造机械光机电一体化实验平台进行了改良,为相关专业的教学和科研提供了一个新型实验平台。
With the improvement of the market demand for paper quality,papermaking machinery has gradually realized the high-speed,large-scale and high-efficiency,which greatly improves the quality and output of paper products in China,but also brings pressure to the teaching of pulp and paper related majors.The optical mechanical and electrical integration experimental platform is a very important part in the field of mechanical engineering and automation,and plays an important role in the simulation teaching and practical operation teaching system of papermaking specialty.In this paper,a new platform based on control card and machine vision is developed to solve the problem that the traditional paper machine experiment platform has single function and the experiment link is easy to be interrupted.The platform improves the existing experimental platform of manufacturing machinery in the fields of loading/sorting,transmission,control,analysis and monitoring,and provides a new experimental platform for the teaching and research of related majors.
