摘要
深化产教融合、校企合作,关键是要构建“校企主导、政府推动、行业指导、学校企业双主体实施”的新机制,明确政府、行业、企业、学校等主体的社会角色。运用社会角色理论,对政行校企各主体进行角色定位和角色期待分析,在探究各主体角色差距的基础上进行角色调适,提出推进产教融合、校企合作走深走实的应对策略。
To deepen the integration of industry and education and the cooperation between schools and enterprises,the key is to build a new mechanism of school-enterprise leadership,government promotion,industry guidance,school-enterprise dual-subject implementation,and to clarify the social roles of the government,industry,enterprise,school and other subjects.This paper uses the social role theory to analyze the role orientation and expectation of the main bodies of government,administration,school and enterprise,to adjust the roles on the basis of exploring the role gap among the main bodies,and to put forward countermeasures to promote the integration of industry and education and deepen the cooperation between schools and enterprises.
