摘要
信息化技术的应用促进了我国工业的高速发展,智能制造、绿色制造等领域成为工业、企业的重要发展方向。当前,白酒酿造的绿色酿造与智能化如雨后春竹,得到蓬勃发展。越来越多的白酒企业纷纷开始对白酒酿造的绿色化与智能化进行探索及尝试,有些企业已经形成适用于本企业的绿色化与智能化酿造生产模式。结合金种子酒业的项目研究及其生产实践,从概念、应用领域、发展现状、发展趋势等方面,概述了现阶段白酒行业在酿造绿色化与智能化等方面的应用及发展现状,指出绿色化与智能化是中国白酒产业稳步发展的必经之路,以期为白酒酿造的绿色化与智能化提供参考。
At present,the green brewing and intellectualization of brewing in the liquor industry such as spring bamboo after the rain have been vigorously developed.The application of information technology has promoted the rapid development of China's industry.Intelligent manufacturing and green manufacturing have become important development directions for industry and enterprises.More and more liquor enterprises have begun to explore and try to green and intelligent liquor brewing,some enterprises have formed a green and intelligent brewing production model suitable for their own enterprises.In this paper,the project research and production practice of the Golden Seed wine industry,from the aspects of concept,application field,development status,development trend,etc.,summarized the application and development status of the liquor industry in brewing green and intelligent.It is pointed out that green and intelligent is the only way for the steady development of Chinese liquor industry,so as to provide reference for green and intelligent liquor brewing.
