摘要
成品白酒必须进行勾兑使成品酒达到规定的酒精度,更重要的是使微量成分达到预先设计好的平衡比例和具体含量。以C语言开发白酒勾兑辅助软件,程序的主要模块分为:①数据采集/录入模块;②数据管理模块;③勾兑计算模块;④主模块。MATLAB是一种功能强、效率高,便于进行科学和工程计算的交互式软件包,包括:一般数值分析、矩阵运算、数字信号处理、建模和系统控制和优化等应用程序。C语言和MATLAB的白酒勾兑解决方案与人工勾兑相比,可提高勾兑效率和准确性,保证产品质量的稳定性,同时降低生产成本。(孙悟)
In order to achieve defined alcohol content especially to make microconstituents achieve predetermined equilibrium ratio and contents, product liquor must go through blending. Liquor blending aid software developed by C language consisted of the following main modules:①data collection/login module; ②data management module; ③blending calculation module; ④main module. MATLAB, as an interactive software package of strong practicability and high efficiency and convenient to engineering calculation, included application programs such as general data analysis, matrix operation, digital signal treatment, modeling, and system control and optimization etc. Compared with artificial blending, liquor blending by the aid of C language and MATLAB was of higher efficiency and accuracy and had realized significant economic benefits with ensuring the stability of product quality and reducing production cost and blending cost.
