论新时代我国少数民族群众美好文化生活的内涵、困境及路径被引量：4

On the Implication Dilemma and Path of the Beautiful Cultural Life of the Minority People in China in the New Era

摘要新时代我国少数民族群众美好文化生活建设有着深刻的时代内涵,具有主体感知的差异性、客观环境的制约性、供给需求的匹配性、创新发展的时代性等鲜明特征,但在少数民族群众美好文化生活建设过程中存在着部分少数民族群众主体文化生活需要满意度有待提高、美好文化生活观念亟需转变、地方公共文化资源要素配置尚需调整、文化供需结构有待优化、美好文化生活环境有待优化等困境。针对现存问题,通过满足少数民族群众全方位和多层次的文化生活需要、努力转变少数民族群众美好文化生活的建设发展观念、合理配置公共文化资源、深入推进文化供给结构性改革、营造良好的美好文化生活建设环境等多元融合的方式方法,以加速与驱动新时代我国少数民族群众美好文化生活实践的发展。 In the new era,the construction of beautiful cultural life of ethnic minorities in China has profound implication.It’ s has some distinctive features,such as the difference of subject perception,the constraint of objective environment, the matching of supply demand, and the era of innovation and development.However, in the process of building a beautiful cultural life for some ethnic minorities,there is some dilemmas,such as,it’s need met requirement of the cultural life of ethnic minorities effectively, the need for the beautiful cultural life of ethnic minorities to be changed urgently, the allocation of local public cultural resources is unreasonable, and the cultural supply and need structure needs to be optimizing,the beautiful cultural living environment of ethnic minorities needs to be improved, and so on.Facing the exist problems,we should adopt the construction concept of satisfying the all-round and multi-level cultural life needs of ethnic minorities,work hard to transform the beautiful cultural life of ethnic minorities, allocate public cultural resources rationally,deepen the structural reform of cultural supply side,and create good and beautiful cultural life construction environment,we are use this ways and means of integrating the subject and object,in order to accelerate and drive the development of the beautiful cultural life practice of ethnic minorities of China in the new era.
