摘要
随着2020“后脱贫时代”的到来,以“乡风文明”为关键旨趣的乡村文化振兴将占据重要地位,因而需要充分发挥制度优势、充实乡村振兴战略的文化内涵,从而有效缓解“农村人口日益增长的美好文化生活需要与供给不平衡不充分之间的矛盾”。文章基于“优势视角”和“优势治理”的理论逻辑,初步探讨了“制度优势何以服务乡村文化振兴”这一重要议题,以期为我国乡村文化振兴提供一定的理论参考和思想借鉴。
With the advent of the“Post-poverty Era”in 2020,the revitalization of rural culture with“township civilization”as its key purpose will occupy an important position.Therefore,it is necessary to give full play to the advantages of the system and enrich the cultural connotation of the rural revitalization strategy,effectively alleviate the“contradiction between the growing cultural needs of the rural population and the inadequate supply balance”.Therefore,based on the theoretical logic of“advantage perspective”and“advantage governance”,this article preliminarily explores the important issue of“how do system advantages serve the revitalization of rural culture”in order to provide a certain theoretical reference and ideological reference for the revitalization of rural culture in China.
