摘要 系统总结了皮革中挥发性有机物(VOCs)的类别及来源。皮革中VOCs类别多、来源广,包括醛酮类、芳烃类、卤代烃类、醇醚酯类、烷烃类及酰胺、酚类等物质。其中醛酮类物质主要来自革内油脂的分解,而且其对气味贡献明显。芳烃类物质含量一般较低,醇醚酯类物质在皮革中残留多,其对VOCs贡献明显。另外部分皮革中酰胺类物质含量较高,其散发后会导致VOCs显著增高。准确把握皮革中VOCs的类别及来源,才能针对性地调整生产工艺及化工材料,实现皮革中VOCs的有效控制。 The types and origins of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)emitted from leather were discussed.These VOCs were considered to be varied and their sources were extensive including aldehydes,ketones,aromatics,aryl/ary halides,glycol esters,alkanes,as well as amides,phenols et al.Aldehydes and ketones are mainly from the decomposition of fat/oil in leather,and they contribute greatly to the odor in VOCs.Contents of aromatics are relatively low.Glycol esters contribute significantly to VOCs based on their high residuals in leather.Amides are found in certain leathers with high concentration,and they might contribute markedly to VOCs.The categories and origins of these VOCs are the basis of controlling and reducing them in leather,and they should be clarified as far as possible.
