摘要
海外华文教育的发展与华裔新生代对中华文化认同的提高本质上是华文教育影响力的问题,反映的是中华文化的软实力。坚持党的领导,通过改革开放提升中华文化软实力,讲好中国故事以增强中华文化的影响力和国际竞争力,是对推动华文教育与文化认同的有力保障。参照《悉尼协议》标准进行华文课程资源建设供给侧改革,推动海外华文教育包括职业教育的发展,以职业教育密切与祖国的联系,推动华裔新生代主动服务“一带一路”走出去企业,进而增强对中华文化的认同也是巩固发展最广泛的爱国统一战线,是为实现中国梦积聚广泛力量支持的重要手段。
The development of overseas Chinese education and the improvement of Chinese cultural identity of the new generation of overseas Chinese are essentially the issue of the influence of Chinese education and reflect the soft power of Chinese culture.Adhering to the party's leadership,improving the soft power of Chinese culture through reform and opening up,and telling Chinese stories to enhance the influence of Chinese culture and international competitiveness are powerful guarantees for promoting Chinese education and cultural identity.Referring to the Sydney Accord,we should reform the supply side of Chinese curriculum resources and promote the development of overseas Chinese education,including the development of vocational education.We should establish a close connection of vocational education with the motherland,and encourage the new generation of overseas Chinese to serve for the enterprises going outside China under the background of the Belt and Road Initiative,which can enhance the recognition of the Chinese culture and consolidate the most extensive patriotic united front,is regarded as an important means to accumulate a wide range of strength and support for the realization of the Chinese Dream.
