摘要
虚拟仿真实验教学辅助常规实验教学,已成为当前实验教学改革的新方向。自主研发的肿瘤坏死因子的酶联免疫吸附法定量检测虚拟仿真实验教学软件被应用于本科生物化学实验教学。文章介绍了虚拟仿真教学软件组成与功能特点、实验步骤,总结了实验教学应用效果。
It has become a new direction of experimental teaching reform that virtual experimental teaching assist conventional experimental teaching.The self-developed virtual simulation experimental teaching software about the quantitative detection of tumor necrosis factor(TNF)by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)has been applied to the biochemistry experiment teaching.This paper introduces the composition,functional characteristics and experimental steps of virtual simulation teaching software,and summarizes the application effect of experimental teaching.
